At Primera Pro we work tirelessly to design, create and manufacture absolute pinnacle quality products. We feel confident in providing a thorough warranty for those loyal customers of Primera Pro. Note that the Hard Line Warranty does not cover theft or circumstances outside of 'regular use' as defined below. 

What products are covered?

 All of our Flagship Products carry the Hard Line Warranty; meaning we will repair or replace them for free. Complete replacement of a product comes only after proof is provided that the product is beyond repair. This falls in line with our Core Values; specifically keeping products out of the garbage anywhere possible.

 If you choose to send in your item for repair for an evaluation, we ask that you cover the shipping costs. The repair work is covered by Primera.

Customer must provide proof of purchase or order number to be eligible for the Hard Line Warranty. 

 

What damage is covered?

Such damage would include but are not limited to excessive sun fading (fabric is structurally compromised), broken buckles, rips or tears that render the product unsafe or unusable, stitching coming undone, ect.

 

What is 'Regular Use'?

Regular Use is defined as whatever the intended use is by Primera.

A Camber Handle is intended to be used as a roll cage (or secure structure) grab handle that can assist in the up righting of over turned vehicles. It is not to be used with kinetic ropes or recovery of any kind. Primera Pro is not liable for damage to vehicles or products when used in unintended ways.

If a Camber Handle is sliced with a pocket knife, that is irregular usage and is not covered by the Hard Line Warranty.
